This proposal offers an attractive and environmentally friendly architectural project for the previously designed the Marina Brandenburg-Plaue master plan. Facing the riverside, a multi-functional building with residential and holiday apartments will rise to host commercial activities and foster entrepreneurial local services. This project together with the natural attractiveness of the site aims to regain and increase the popularity among its visitors around the region of Berlin and beyond.
